2022年CFA二級考綱總的reading由原來的48個調(diào)整為47個？

2022年CFA二級考綱也出來了！相比2021年考綱，2022年CFA二級總的SESSION為17個，總的reading由原來的48個調(diào)整為47個，那2022年CFA二級考綱是怎樣的呢？是不是變化很大呢？

整體來說道德由原來的zui個SESSION調(diào)整為zui后一個,其他科目按順序往前調(diào)整；Quantitative Methods ， Corporate Issuers，Derivatives和Portfolio Management等部分對于考點有所改動，其他reading基本沒有發(fā)生改變。接下來小編給你說說各個科目的情況！

1、Quantitative Methods

2、Economics

R6 (原R10)

原內(nèi)容：c) distinguish between spot and forward rates and calculate the forward premium/discount for a given currency

修改為：c)  explain spot and forward rates and calculate the forward premium/discount for a given currency;

R7(原R11 )

原內(nèi)容： d) distinguish between capital deepening investment and technological progress and explain how each affects economic growth and labor productivity

更改為： d) contrast capital deepening investmentand technological progress and explain how each affects economic growth and labor productivity;

3、Financial Statement Analysis

科目名稱："Financial Reporting and Analysis“修改為： "Financial Statement Analysis";

Reading 9 INTERCORPORATE INVESTMENTS

b) compare and contrast IFRS and US GAAP in their classification, measurement, and disclosure of investments in financial assets, investments in associates, joint ventures, business combinations, and special purpose and variable interest entities;

4、Corporate Issuers

原科目名稱：“Corporate Finance” 修改為 ：“Corporate Issuers”

Reading順序調(diào)整：Capital Budgeting從第—個reading調(diào)整為*后一個reading

5、Equity Valuation

變化：READING 21. RETURN CONCEPTS

a) contrast among realized holding period return, expected holding period return, required return, return from convergence of price to intrinsic value, discount rate, and internal rate of return;

解讀：a條款中把原有的distinguish變化為contrast

變化：READING 23. DISCOUNTED DIVIDEND VALUATION

d) calculate the value of non-callable fixed-rate perpetual preferred stock;

解讀：原內(nèi)容的g條款位置向前調(diào)整，調(diào)整為d條款，內(nèi)容沒有變化！

變化：READING 25. MARKET-BASED VALUATION: PRICE AND ENTERPRISE VALUE MULTIPLES

a) contrast the method of comparables and the method based on forecasted fundamentals as approaches to using price multiples in valuation and explain economic rationales for each approach;

解讀：a條款中把原有的distinguish變化為contrast

READING 27.

c) explain various definitions of value and demonstrate how different definitions can lead to different estimates of value;刪除

i) describe the role of valuation standards in valuing private companies.刪除
