2023年CFA一級考綱有哪些變化？

2023年的教材在課程呈現(xiàn)形式上發(fā)生了重要變動，取消了之前reading的概念，改為了現(xiàn)在的module，以更好契合官網(wǎng)的學(xué)習(xí)系統(tǒng)。另類和衍生進一步在知識結(jié)構(gòu)上做了重大調(diào)整拆分成了更多的module，更方便在職考生利用一晚上時間完成一個module的學(xué)習(xí)。

教材內(nèi)容上的變動可以分成三個方面：

1.考綱變動(learning outcom estatement，LOS)

指的是協(xié)會對于考試要求的變動。在原版書教材中，每個module的開頭都會有關(guān)于這個module的考試要求。

2.教材課文變動

指的是協(xié)會對于原版書教材內(nèi)容的更新。從2022年開始，協(xié)會每年進行教材更新都會在官網(wǎng)發(fā)布教材更新簡短的說明，考生可打開以下網(wǎng)頁查看。

3.原版書課后題變動

此項內(nèi)容協(xié)會并沒有對此發(fā)布官方的說明，但新增和刪除的課后題對應(yīng)的考點考生應(yīng)當(dāng)格外重視，23年在原版教材課后題部分變化較大，出現(xiàn)了很多調(diào)整和增刪。

考綱變動概述：

1.各科目考試權(quán)重和去年一致，沒有發(fā)生變化。

2.考綱要求的變動基本上是和教材內(nèi)容變動同步的，若是教材內(nèi)容刪除，那么對應(yīng)考綱也會刪除，若是新增內(nèi)容，在考綱中也會由所體現(xiàn)。

3.課文內(nèi)容上并無重大刪除，但新增了module的概念，增加了部分module，由原來2022年考綱下的60個reading，變?yōu)?023年考綱下的73個module，新增模塊的考綱要求在后續(xù)內(nèi)容中介紹。

2023年CFA一級新考綱變動：

1、經(jīng)濟學(xué)：經(jīng)濟學(xué)2023年考綱新增加1個reading，內(nèi)容為地緣政治相關(guān)。

新增內(nèi)容：Geopolitics

The candidate should be able to:

?describe geopolitics from a cooperation versus competition perspective.

?describe geopolitics and its relationship with globalization.

?describe tools of geopolitics and their impact on regions and economies.

?describe geopolitical risk and its impact on investments.

2、公司發(fā)行人：公司發(fā)行人2023年考綱變動較大。

1）新增2個Reading，分別為Corporate Structures and Ownership公司結(jié)構(gòu)和Business Models & Risks所有權(quán)、商業(yè)模型和風(fēng)險。

Corporate Structures and Ownership

The candidate should be able to:

?compare business structures and describe key features of corporate issuers.

?compare public and private companies.

?compare the financial claims and motivations of lenders and owners

Business Models & Risks

The candidate should be able to:

?Describe key features and types of business models.

?Describe expected relations between a company’s external environment, business model, and financing needs.

?Explain and classify types of business and financial risks for a company

2）Uses Of Capital更改為Capital Investments，并增加了關(guān)于資本項目分類的相關(guān)內(nèi)容：

describe types of capital investments made by companies.

3）Sources of Capital更改為Working Capital & Liquidity，增加了關(guān)于營運資本、流動性和短期融資需求之間關(guān)系相關(guān)內(nèi)容：

explain expected relations between working capital, liquidity, and short-term funding needs (NEW).

4）Introduction To Corporate Governance And Other ESG Considerations 部分考綱進行調(diào)整，考綱中未闡述關(guān)于Corporate Governance，functions and responsibilities of BOD and its committees等部分內(nèi)容要求。

3、衍生品：衍生品2023年考綱變動主要為內(nèi)容順序的調(diào)整，主體內(nèi)容沒有大幅的增減，將部分二級內(nèi)容移到一級。

如：describe how swap contracts are similar to but different from a series of forward contracts

加重對于swap合約考察。

4、另類投資：另類投資2023年考綱無變化，只是把2022年考綱中的explain investment characteristics of private capital拆分成了 explain investment characteristics of private equity 和 explain investment characteristics of private debt。無本質(zhì)區(qū)別，對考試無影響。

5、投資組合管理：投資組合管理2023年考綱變動為內(nèi)容的部分更新。

1）組合風(fēng)險和收益Part I：更新content added to support risk management for international investment with currency risk。

更新國際投資中的貨幣風(fēng)險管理內(nèi)容。

2）Fintech in investment management中更新：updated contend to reflect recent evolution in decentralized finance（DeFi） and block chain.

更新了Fintech這一章節(jié)去中心化金融和區(qū)塊鏈的最新發(fā)展。
